Invesmart is dedicated to providing you a variety of tools and services designed to help you successfully prepare for retirement. Automated Toll Free Phone Services The Invesmart Account Information Center provides toll-free automated account services at 1-800-370-9601 for Retirement Plans that are valued each business day. Should you need assistance with your Password, press the # key when the system asks for your password/personal identification number. Press 3 at the prompt to contact the Participant Service Center during business hours. If your plan is not valued each business day, please contact your Plan Sponsor directly for assistance. National Participant Service Center Our Participant Service Center is set up with the tools and information needed to help you personally. You can reach the Center at 1-800-370-9601 on business days between 7:00 am & 7:00 pm CST. To send an email to the Participant Service Center please use our Contact Us option. Web Services Our web services are designed to give you access to your retirement account information 24 hours a day. Web options allow you to view or change information within your account. The menu options available vary depending on the services selected by your Plan Sponsor. Please use the "Login as Participant" option to access these services. Quarterly Statements & Newsletters Each quarter Invesmart provides you an updated account statement. Unless otherwise directed by your Plan Sponsor, your statement is mailed directly to your home, providing you detailed information about your retirement account. Your quarterly newsletter, Insight, is integrated into your quarterly statement. Insight includes articles about saving and investing for retirement.
